Payment

We accept the following credit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• JCB (only Japan)
• Diners (only Japan)

We will only charge your credit card once the order has been definitively confirmed. We will only make your credit card information available to the relevant credit card companies. The information is stored on an external, secure server. For 3-D Secure, or if you experience other problems when paying by credit card, please contact your credit card issuer.

For payments in advance, you will receive a pro-forma invoice from us. The order will not be activated or confirmed until payment has been received. We therefore request that you settle the invoice amount without delay.

You have the option of paying via the online payment service PayPal. The transaction is effected via an encrypted connection. Sensitive bank details are not disclosed.

Payment by invoice is not available in every country. This option is displayed under the payment methods if your shopping cart does not contain items totaling more than CHF 2,000 (Switzerland: CHF 20,000) and this option is permitted in your invoice destination country. You will receive the invoice together with the product(s). We request that you settle the amount within 30 days.
