As of August 8, 2025, the U.S. government has imposed increased reciprocal tariffs on imported goods. Since maxon’s online shop operates through our Swiss sales entity, all orders are shipped from Switzerland and U.S. customers are responsible for import processing. Most of our US online shop products are classified under Swiss origin and HTS codes starting with 84.. and 85.., which may be subject to both the new reciprocal tariffs and existing MFN tariffs. Due to the complexity of the current duty structure, maxon cannot predict the exact import costs, and we regret any unexpected charges this may cause.
