maxon honored with Massachusetts Manufacturing Award
Taunton, MA: maxon, a Swiss based company and worldwide leader of high precision drive systems announced today it is the recipient of the Massachusetts Manufacturing award. Rep. Shaunna O’Connell nominated maxon for the honor. The Massachusetts Manufacturing Caucus hosted 77 manufacturers at the State House on Tuesday, October 22nd for their innovative and revolutionary manufacturing capabilities and products. Senator Eric Lesser, Rep. Jeffrey Roy and Sec. Michael Kennealy addressed the group about the House’s long-standing focus on collaborating and supporting the manufacturing sector.

maxon opened a new 59,000 square foot facility in Taunton earlier this year. The new building provides design engineering and production operations, significantly advancing maxon’s presence and capabilities in North America.
